About This App

Future Forward is a private, internal application used strictly for company purposes. It is not a public, consumer-facing product and is not available for self-registration.

Admin-managed User accounts are created and managed solely by an administrator. Individuals cannot sign up on their own.
All personal information used by the app was already provided by each individual to the company at the time of joining. The app does not collect new personal data directly from users.
The app is intended only for authorised members of the organisation in the course of their work.

Information the App Uses

Because accounts are provisioned by an administrator, the data shown in the app originates from records the company already holds. Depending on a member's role, the app may use:

Profile details — name, username, email address, role/designation and profile photo.
Organisational data — team / downline structure, reporting relationships and related records.
Activity within the app — events and attendance, feedback you submit, and reports relevant to your role.
Messages — chat messages and group conversations you send to other members through the app.
Device & technical data — network status and a notification (push) token used only to deliver in-app notifications.

The app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera roll, microphone or call logs, and it does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

App Permissions & Why They Are Used

The Android permissions declared by the app, and the specific reason each is required:

`INTERNET`	To securely connect to the company servers to load and sync your work data and messages.
`ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`	To detect whether the device is online or offline so the app can sync reliably and avoid errors.
`POST_NOTIFICATIONS`	To display notifications such as new messages, event reminders and important company updates.
`VIBRATE`	To provide a gentle vibration alert when a notification arrives.
`SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM` `USE_EXACT_ALARM`	To schedule time-sensitive reminders (for example, event or attendance reminders) so they arrive at the correct time.
`RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED`	To restore your previously scheduled reminders after the device is restarted, so they are not lost.
`WAKE_LOCK`	To briefly keep the device awake while a notification or scheduled reminder is being processed.

How the Information Is Used

To let authorised members view their profile and organisational information.
To enable internal communication (chat and group messaging) between members.
To manage events, attendance, feedback and reports for company operations.
To deliver relevant notifications and reminders.

The app is not used for marketing to users, profiling for advertising, or any purpose outside the company's internal operations.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

Your information is used internally within the company only. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose. Limited, trusted service providers may process data solely to operate the app on the company's behalf, for example:

Secure hosting / backend services used to store company records and power the app.
Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database and Cloud Messaging) used for secure sign-in, real-time chat and push notifications.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the rights and security of the company and its members.

Data Storage & Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on protected company and service-provider systems. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, the company applies reasonable administrative and technical measures to safeguard the information.

Data Retention

Because all data is company-owned and accounts are administrator-managed, personal information is retained for as long as the individual is associated with the company and as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. When access is no longer required, the administrator may deactivate or remove the account and associated data in line with company policy.

Your Choices & Rights

As accounts and personal data are created and controlled by the company administrator, requests relating to your information — including access, correction, or removal — should be directed to your administrator or the company's HR / management team, who provided this data at the time of joining. Account creation, changes and deletion are performed by the administrator and not by individual users within the app.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended exclusively for authorised adult members of the organisation. It is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
